Acme Solar Energy (Madhya Pradesh) Pvt Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Acme Solar Energy Private Limited (ASEPL). The company has set up a 25 MW solar power project based on Photo Voltaic (PV) technology using Poly-Crystalline & Thin Film PV modules in the state of Madhya Pradesh under their state solar power policy. The company is supplying power from the entire capacity at Rs.8.05/kWh to MP Power Management Company Limited (MPPMCL) under a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The project cost is Rs.205.13 crore (Rs.8.20 crore/MW), funded through equity of Rs.64.71 crore and term loans of Rs.140.42 crore. The project was commissioned in January 2014
In July 2017, its parent company ACME Holdings has received funds from Piramal Finance Ltd (PFL), a part of the Ajay Piramal- controlled Piramal Enterprises, to the tune of Rs 700 crore
