Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Power is to set up a solar power plant for Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL). The company has received an LOA on 12 June 2020 to develop 120 MW solar project in Gujarat.
The company has also signed a power purchase agreement (PPA), valid for a period of 25 years from scheduled commercial operation date. The project is to be commissioned within 18 months from the date of execution of the PPA.
