Indias solar power module imports have come down in the period of first 8 months of FY2024-25. The expansion programme of domestic Manufacturers as well as proactive measures from government of India are some of the reasons. The decline percentage is estimated at 20% and significantly 57% from China. The government has provided support through production linked incentive scheme.
