About the Company :
Surana Solar Ltd is engaged in production of solar PV cells, and is formed as a part of demerger with Surana Telecom & Power Ltd. The company has two manufacturing facilities in Cherlapally and Fab City SEZ.
In December 2016, the company has received a EPC contract valued at Rs 60.60 crore for a 10 MW solar power plant from Paradip Port Trust in the state of Odisha. The scope of work involves design, engineering, procurement and supply, and comprehensive operation and maintenance for a period of 10 years.
In May 2017, has received an order from Tejas India Solar Energy to supply solar modules for a three MW solar power plant located at Kodakandla village in Gajwel mandal of Medak district of Telangana. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 140 million .
